|  |  | Keith Walter, B.Sc., M.B.A., FSA, FCIA, is Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, MFC Global Investment Management. In this role, he is responsible for the Sales, Marketing, and Client Service areas for MFC Global.
Keith joined MFC Global in 2004, with over 21 years of experience in financial services, encompassing an extensive range of roles both in Canada and abroad. Following early assignments with Manulife Financial in their Corporate and UK offices, Keith held positions with Manulife's Canadian Division as Vice President, Savings and Retirement Services, and President, Manulife Securities International Ltd.
In 1997 Keith moved to join Manulife Asia in Hong Kong as Vice President, Customer Service, then in 1999 was recruited to Manulife's new operation in Tokyo, Japan, as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director. In 2001, Keith was promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, for Manulife Japan.
Keith's educational background includes a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, and an M.B.A. from the City University, London, England. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and of the Society of Actuaries.

|  |  | George Klar, B.Sc., M.B.A., CFA, is Vice President & Executive Director, Institutional Sales, for MFC Global Investment Management. George is responsible for business development with Canadian pension plans and other institutional investors.
George joined MFC Global in January 2005, with over 22 years of experience in institutional investment management industry. Prior to joining MFC Global, he was Vice President, Institutional Marketing and Client Service for Legg Mason Canada. George has also held senior roles at Beutel Goodman & Company and Barclays Global Investors Canada. Prior to these roles, George worked as a consultant for eight years, with three of these years devoted to the pension area. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, a Masters of Business Administration from York University, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Previously, John worked in the Bond & Corporate Finance department at John Hancock Financial Services. He has twenty-five years experience in investment management marketing. John has a BA in Economics and English from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the CFA Institute.

|  |  | James Tovey is Director of Sales and Relationship Management, is a relationship manager for client accounts, and is responsible for developing new business in the institutional marketplace. He has been in the industry since 1993 and joined Independence in 1997. Previously, Jim worked for Pacific Capital Fixed Income Advisors and State Street Global Advisors. He has a BS from Northeastern University, an MS from the University of Michigan, and an MPPM from the Yale School of Management. Jim is a Principal of Independence and is a member of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives and the Fixed Income Management Society of Boston.

|  |  | Jennifer Hurst, B.A., is Vice President, Investment Sales, for MFC Global Investment Management. She is responsible for the worldwide distribution of MFC Global's retail mandates, overseeing a sales team that promotes investment mandates for Defined Contribution pension plans, mutual funds, sub-advisory alliances and wrap accounts. She is also
responsible for developing closed-end fund and structured market opportunities for MFC Global in Canada.
Jennifer joined MFC Global Investment Management in 1996 when Manulife Financial purchased North American Life, including its subsidiary, Elliott & Page, where Jennifer had worked for eight years as Vice President, Mutual Fund Sales. Prior to that she held positions with a number of Canada's largest brokerage firms, including Mackenzie Financial. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts
in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

|  |  | George Verveniotis, B.Sc., M.Math., ASA, is Assistant Vice President, Investment Sales, for MFC Global Investment Management. He is responsible for the promotion and sales of MFC Global's retail mandates in southwestern Ontario, the Greater Toronto Area, and British Columbia.
George joined Manulife in 1988. He later moved to its U.S. Pension Investment Marketing area, where he served as a liaison between the company's investment managers and the U.S. Pension sales force. He was promoted to AVP, Investment Marketing, in 1998. George holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master's in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. George also holds the professional accreditation of Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA).

|  |  | Jean-François Milette, B.A., M.B.A., is Assistant Vice President, Investment Sales, for MFC Global Investment Management. Based in Montreal, he is responsible for the sales and marketing of MFC Global mandates throughout Quebec, Atlantic Canada and eastern Ontario.
Jean-François began his financial career as an investment advisor. He then worked for an international pension plan provider in Montreal, where he was responsible for institutional sales in Quebec and Ottawa. Prior to that, he managed the sales and marketing department of a Quebec-based high net worth investment firm and successfully expanded its business. He holds a B.A. from Concordia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Sherbrooke.

He joined the company after working as a marketing and client service officer in the Tokyo Office of a U.K. investment management company. Prior to that, he worked for U.K. and U.S. investment banks as a senior business relationship and development manager for institutional clients. Shintaro has 23 years of experience in the financial service industry. He is a Bachelor of Arts from University of Tsukuba.

|  |  | Al DeJesus, is Director, Investment Sales Canada, for MFC Global Investment Management. He is responsible for the distribution of MFC Global's retail mandates in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, North/West/East Ontario, and the Greater Toronto Area.
Al began his investment career in 1990. Al joined Manulife in 2002 after a 12 year career as an Investment Advisor at two of Canada's major brokerage houses. He was active in providing financial solutions to high net worth clients, focusing on managed money products for individual and corporate portfolios.
Prior to joining MFC Global in 2005, Al spent two years as an Internal Wholesaler for Manulife Investments, Wealth Management Division. He is a graduate of Centennial College's Finance and Accounting Management program.

Philip joined MFC Global in 2003, with over 10 years of
experience in financial services, encompassing sales and marketing roles both in Canada and the U.S. Prior to joining MFC Global, Philip held the position of Director, Investment Marketing with John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, where he was responsible for the investment management platform of John Hancock's defined contribution (401k) product.
Philip earned his Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society.

Stuart leads MFC Global's institutional business development activities across Canada. He is responsible for a team that develops relationships with investment consultants and the sponsors of retirement plans, endowments and foundations.
Stuart joined MFC Global Investment Management in 2007. He has over a decade of experience in executive positions responsible for institutional sales initiatives and building key relationships with leading pension plan and investment consultants. He has also worked as human resources consultant, advising clients on pension, taxation and compensation issues, and as a corporate and commercial lawyer. Stuart holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from the University of Ottawa.
